We strive to provide products that are considered safe and healthy for our costumers. These same products we have gifted to our family and friends as well as used for ourselves. All of our products are designed free from harsh chemicals using 100% pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils along with other natural carrier oils and butters.

We do not recommend any of our products be used in any other manner than topical, external application. This however does not include any facial application. Most of our products are made with highly-concentrated essential oils that have the capacity to cause serious harm if used internally without the necessary expertise required in administering them. Please consult your medical doctor or someone who is qualified in the internal use of essential oils and understands the chemical makeup of each individual oil, and NOT on a daily basis.

While we believe moderation is key; we stand behind our products when used as intended. Please consult your medical professional regarding using any product daily or long-term. 

There are many reasons why some products that contain essential oils are not recommended to be used on or around children or during pregnancy. Therefore, we've formulated most of our products for adults and have identified on our product's description those created with children in mind. If you are pregnant or intend to become, seek professional medical advise first. 

We know timely processing and shipping of your order means a lot to you. Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible. Please be aware during peak seasons, such as major holidays, our processing time may be impacted...But don't worry, you'll still receive the same high-quality product you've come to enjoy from us. 

While we strive for 100% satisfaction, we realize everyone has a different taste. Unfortunately because our products are intended to be used on one's personal anatomy, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, unless proof of the product indicates the product was damaged before arrival and has not been opened, tampered with. This request must be made to us via email at eesentiallyyoursbynature@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of delivery. Please include your order number and your first and last name. We will ask for photo proof of the unopened and unused product and package/shipment damage. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products before determining a resolution and verify shipping issues/damages with the carrier. All opened, used, or tampered with products will not be refunded, even if damaged in shipment. Our products are sealed with a tamper-proof sticker. If this sticker is in any way manipulated, broken, unsealed, moved, or removed, we reserved the right not to approve a refund and all monies from the purchaser will be lost. We will not refund any shipping or processing costs. If a refund is warranted, it will result in a store credit minus shipping fees. (Once your item ships out, the shipping fee is paid directly to the carrier and is non-refundable once in transit. Thus, this does not allow us to refund the fee to you). Single-use coupons used on an original purchase cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned for cash, credit, or transferred. 

We take pride in ensuring our products, after purchased, are only opened and used by the purchaser. We want to keep our customers safe. So, we will work with you to discover what you're really looking for. Just contact us, and we will be glad to help you shop.

Unfortunately, once the order is placed you cannot cancel or update your order. Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently.

At this time, we do not accept orders outside of the United States and Canada.

Shipping costs are determined by our carriers. Shipping is not included in the sale price of a product.  

To protect our customers, we only ship to the cardholder’s authorized billing address. We reserve the right to cancel any order where an address other than the biller is determined. 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, with the exception to Canada. 

We require a physical address to ship to, to confirm the identity and to protect the identify of our customers? Delivery to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 30 business days. Orders are not processed on federal holidays.

We make our products fresh, and we process and ship orders within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). Orders received after 2:00PM EST, will be processed the following business day.

At times, we may be able to offer you a sample 2-ounce of some products (fee-based) with a qualifying purchase of $50 or more so you can try before you buy. However, we encourage you to read the product description before purchasing to ensure you’re getting exactly what you love. Additionally, we recommend you sign up for our mailing list at the bottom of the website to receive notification of new product launches and discounts. 

The answer is simple. Do not order, purchase, or use our product(s) if you have any known or suspect any known allergies. We do not assume any responsibility for any adverse reactions. For your safety, we welcome you to contact us if you need information regarding specific ingredients used in our product(s). 

Many of our ingredients may be manufactured by one of our distributors in their environments that may be exposed to nuts or other common allergens. We welcome you to contact us if you need information regarding specific ingredients used in our product(s).  Before fully using any of our products, we encourage you to perform a small patch test on your arm and leave the product on for 10-24 hours to see if you have a reaction occurs. If you experience any reaction, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.
